Oscar has represented a wide variety of individuals and small businesses in both personal injury and business disputes. Oscar is a member of the state bar of Alabama and has been admitted to multiple federal courts.

Oscar attended Indian Springs School in Birmingham and continued his education at the University of Alabama where he was member of Omicron Delta Kappa and JASONS Honor Society. After graduation, Oscar received a J.D. from the Alabama School of Law where he served as a Senior Editor for the Alabama Law Review.

NICHOLAS W. ARMSTRONG

Nick has successfully represented small businesses and consumers in class actions in more than 50 venues across the country, obtaining multi-million dollar results for his clients. Nick is a member of the state bars of Alabama and California and has been admitted to multiple federal courts including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been awarded the highest Martindale-Hubbard rating obtainable for ethics and professional ability.

Born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Nick attended Indian Springs School in Birmingham and Wesleyan University in Connecticut. After college, Nick attended the University of Alabama School of Law where he received the Judge Henry Mize scholarship and served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Nick joined a large regional defense firm after law school before opening Price Armstrong, LLC.

Emily Kornegay Price

Emily manages Price Armstrong’s False Claims Act practice. She represents whistleblowers across the country, advocating for brave individuals willing to expose fraud perpetrated against the federal government in the healthcare, shipping, and environmental sectors. With her colleagues at Price Armstrong, Emily has successfully litigated qui tam cases on both an intervened and non-intervened basis, obtaining favorable results for both the relator and government.

Emily also has experience litigating First Amendment issues, construction disputes, and in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining Price Armstrong, she clerked for the Honorable Abdul K. Kallon in the Northern District of Alabama.

While in law school at The University of Alabama School of Law, Emily represented domestic violence victims in the school’s Domestic Violence Clinic. She also competed on the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team, where she placed in the top 75 advocates in international competition. Emily served as a senior editor for the Alabama Law Review. Upon graduating magna cum laude, she was elected to Order of the Coif.
