REPRESENTING CLIENTS ACROSS THE U.S.

Roundup®, manufactured by Monsanto Company, is the world’s most popular weed killer and has been a common household product since the 1970’s. Roundup® contains an active ingredient, glyphosate, in order to kill weeds and enable other agriculture to flourish. Glyphosate, however, is a probable human carcinogen and is known to cause Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, along with other cancers including Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Follicular Lymphoma, Hairy Cell Leukemia, Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Burkitt Lymphoma, Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma and Skin Lymphoma.

Monsanto failed to warn the public of the potential dangers of using this product, failed to promote protective methods to prevent dangerous side effects and misrepresented the safety of the product to consumers.

We are representing clients throughout the country who used Roundup® and developed Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. We will work to get you the compensation you deserve and hold Monsanto accountable for putting you at risk of blood cancers without proper product disclosure.

ROUNDUP® GLYPHOSATE EXPOSURE

Individuals can be exposed to glyphosate in a number of ways, including the inhalation of particles after Roundup® spray, chemical absorption through the skin after touching treated vegetation or consuming contaminated food or water that was exposed to the product.

People can be exposed to Roundup® in a variety of environments – homes, farms, cities and businesses. While the most vulnerable are people who have been exposed to large amounts of herbicide, like farmworkers and landscapers, if you have purchased Roundup® since 1980, you have been exposed to glyphosate.

NATIONWIDE LAWSUITS AGAINST MONSANTO

Upwards of 10,000 lawsuits have been filed against Monsanto, and of those, two have gone to trial. In those cases, jurors found Monsanto responsible for the plaintiff’s cancer diagnoses, and plaintiffs were awarded multi-million-dollar verdicts.

Monsanto has known about Roundup®’s cancer risk since 1980, and did nothing to warn the public – they put profits over consumer safety, and they should be held accountable. We’re ready to advocate for you and your family, and in doing so, protect the health and wellbeing of others. No matter where you are in the country, contact us for a free consultation to see if you are entitled to compensation. Take action as soon as possible to ensure that you meet the requirements to qualify for compensation.
